PicTrée’s First Ever! Announcement of Regular Season Launch

Thank you for always playing PicTrée.

Starting Saturday, June 6, 2026, PicTrée will launch its first-ever Regular Season — a wide-area, permanent season available for all players to enjoy.

PicTrée celebrates its 2nd anniversary in 2026. Until now, seasons have been held in limited areas primarily in eastern Japan for set periods, but thanks to expanding partnerships and feedback from our users, this Regular Season has been made possible.

【“Grid Grab: Capture the Current Regular Season” Overview】

The Regular Season is a new, permanent season with no time restrictions.

It will initially cover the eastern Japan area, with infrastructure equipment from various operators being added over time, expanding the coverage area and scale.

Additionally, during the Regular Season, special events are planned where rewards earned through photography will be increased for limited periods and areas.

・June – July 2026: 5:00 – 18:45 (JST / UTC+9)

・August – September 2026: 5:30 – 18:30 (JST / UTC+9)

・October – November 2026: 6:15 – 17:00 (JST / UTC+9)

・December 2026 – January 2027: 6:45 – 16:30 (JST / UTC+9)

・February – March 2027: 7:00 – 17:00 (JST / UTC+9)

*Photography hours are adjusted seasonally based on sunrise/sunset times.

◼️ Coverage Area (at launch): Eastern Japan Area

Tokyo, Yamanashi, Kanagawa, Chiba, Ibaraki, Saitama, Tochigi, Gunma, Nagano, Niigata, Miyagi, Fukushima, Iwate, Aomori, Yamagata, Akita

Utility poles (please check the required photo angle within the game)

◼️ Participation Format

At the start of the season, participants choose one of three teams — “Volt,” “Ampere,” or “Watt” — and compete against the other teams. In addition to the team ranking, separate ranking rewards will be distributed at the end of the season. (Ranking rewards will be announced at a later date.)

① First Photo Reward: 180 Reward Coins per utility pole (equivalent to approximately ¥15)

② Season Ranking Rewards (available by placing high in the team competition rankings)

③ Area Ranking Rewards (available by placing high in each area’s rankings)
