Announcing “Grid Grab: Capture the Current in Okinawa”

We are excited to announce that starting Sunday, February 1, 2026, we will be launching the new season “Grid Grab: Capture the Current in Okinawa” in collaboration with The Okinawa Electric Power Company, NTT West Okinawa Branch, and NTT Field Techno.

February 1, 2026 (Sun) 7:00 JST – March 22, 2026 (Sun) 18:00 JST

◼️Photography Hours

7:00 – 18:00

◼️Photography Targets

Pole, utility pole (Please check in-game instructions for required camera angles)

◼️Target Areas

Okinawa Main Island: Itoman City, Ogimi Village, Kunigami Village, Tomigusuku City, Nago City, Naha City, Higashi Village

Remote Islands: Aguni Island, Ie Island, Ishigaki Island, Izena Island, Iheya Island, Kitadaito Island, Kume Island, Zamami Island, Taketomi Island, Tokashiki Island, Tonaki Island, Minamidaito Island

◼️Participation Format

At the start of the season, participants will choose to join one of three teams—”Volt,” “Ampere,” or “Watt”—and compete against other teams for the high score. At the end of the season, the winning team and top-ranking players will receive special ranking rewards in addition to the standard per-photo rewards. (Ranking rewards will be announced at a later date.)

◼️Photography Rewards

360 Reward Coins (approx. 30 JPY) for the first successful photo of each Pole or utility pole.
