From October 11, 2025 to November 30, 2025, we will be holding a “Report Target Campaign” for both “Nagano, Yamanashi & Saitama Season” and “Tochigi Season”.

【Campaign overview】

For “Nagano, Yamanashi & Saitama Season” and “Tochigi Season”, we will announce each week the users who submitted especially valuable reports. After the season ends, the operations team will select three Grand Award winners from among those reports. Each of the three winners will receive 60,000 reward coins (equivalent to ¥5,000).

◼️How to participate

If any issue occurs with a capture target during the season, please report it from the top right of the utility pole information screen.

Whenever possible, please take photos that help us understand the situation related to your report.

④If you can take any helpful photos, tap the “Take photo” button, then tap “Submit”

■ What counts as a valuable report?

We consider a report valuable if it includes a concrete free-text description of circumstances that make capturing difficult or environmental factors that users cannot control or access, and includes photos that illustrate the situation.
