Eraberu Pay is a digital gift by giftee Inc. You can redeem gifted “gift points” for your preferred items from a variety of supported smartphone payment services. No account registration or app download is required to use Eraberu Pay or gift points. You can also choose multiple payment services within your available points.

【How to redeem reward coins】

①Home → Menu → Open Profile

②Tap “Redeem”

③From the redemption list, select “Eraberu Pay” or “giftee Box®”

④Enter the recipient email address, choose the amount, then tap “Redeem”

<Recipient email address>

・ If you have registered an email address in the app, it will be automatically filled in.

・ We cannot resend due to input errors. Please make sure the address is correct.

<Redemption rate>

You can convert reward coins earned in PicTrée into “points” usable with Eraberu Pay or giftee Box®. The rate is as follows.

・ You can select in units of 100 points.

・ To redeem the maximum amount based on your current coin balance, tap “Max” to auto-fill the maximum redeemable points.

・ Up to 10,000 points can be redeemed per transaction.

⑤Submission complete

A link or code for receipt will be displayed and also sent to your registered email address.

・The lineup may be updated or changed at any time.

・For both “giftee Box®” and “Eraberu Pay,” the exchange option will not appear on the exchange screen unless you have enough points for that item.
