Thank you for playing PicTrée.
Starting Saturday, October 11, 2025, we will launch the new seasons “Nagano, Yamanashi & Saitama Season” “Tochigi Season”.
Ahead of the new seasons, we are once again sharing shooting tips for the angles that frequently failed review in the previous “Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, and Niigata Season”: [Nameplate] and [Lower Section 1–3].
Please refer to the ideal examples and NG examples below to help us maintain high photo quality.
■ Shooting Tips
・ Make sure the nameplate is in clear focus
・ Shoot in the highest possible image quality
・ Shoot from the front at an appropriate angle
■ Out of focus (letters on the nameplate cannot be read)
■ Low resolution so the nameplate letters cannot be read
■ Improper angle (shot from directly below, letters on the nameplate cannot be read)
■ Shooting Tips
・ Make sure the ground line area is in clear focus
・ Shoot in the highest possible image quality
・ Capture the entire ground line area so that both ends fit within the frame
・ Shoot all three directions from distinct angles, each with an appropriate viewpoint
・ Remove any obstacles covering the ground line area as much as possible
■ Some images are out of focus (the ground line is not clearly visible)
■ Too close, only part of the ground line is captured
■ Poor angles (left and right shots taken at overly sharp angles)
■ All three photos shot from the same angle
■ Ground line is blocked by obstacles (overgrown grass, etc.)
If environmental conditions or the state of the utility pole make it hard to meet quality standards, please do not force the shot. Instead, use the report function to let us know.
Photos that do not meet the review criteria cannot be utilized by electric or telecom companies, even if players took the time to shoot them. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please check the steps below for how to report.
①Tap the icon of the target asset
②Tap the megaphone icon in the upper right
③Check the issues affecting the target and tap “Next”
④If you have any helpful photos, tap “Shoot,” then tap “Submit”
Thank you for your continued support of PicTrée.
