An Important Request to Follow Proper Play Etiquette

Thank you for always enjoying PicTrée.
To ensure that PicTrée remains a valuable initiative, we would like to reiterate the importance of proper etiquette while playing.

1. Rules to Always Follow
 ・Do not enter private property, managed land, or off-limits areas. Even if there are no fences, ropes, or signs, please stay away from any questionable locations.

 ・Promptly follow instructions from residents, facility managers, or store staff. If you are asked to stop, please comply immediately.

2. When You Find a Pole That Cannot Be Photographed
 ・Do not force the photo. Instead, please use the in-app “report function” to let us know that you are unable to take a picture. (Attach screen transitions, etc.)

 ・The information you provide will be used to improve our rules and safety measures.

3. When Approached by a Resident or Community Member
 ・Please politely explain the activity using your surveyor’s ID card or the official PicTrée website.

To Landowners and Local Residents
 ・If there are any incidents that have caused you discomfort, please notify us at the contact information below.
