[Group Battle in Hokkaido] Group Restructuring Registration Notice

Thank you for participating in the City Battle in Hokkaido.
To maintain a more active and enjoyable battle environment, we will be conducting a “Group Reorganization Registration.”

August 14, 2025 (Thu) 18:00 – August 26, 2025 (Tue) 18:00

August 28, 2025 (Thu)
*Eligibility will be determined based on results up to 18:00 on August 26, 2025 (Tue).

[About Exclusion Requests]
If there are members in your group who have been inactive for a long period, you can request their removal via the Google Form below.

A player subject to an exclusion request will only be removed if both of the following conditions are met:
・Has not taken any photos during the period from August 1 to August 26, 2025.
・Has a total of 50 or fewer captures in the City Battle.

The management team will check the conditions, and removal will only occur if they are met.

[Information Required in the Application Form]
・Applicant’s player ID
・Referral Code of the target group
・Name of the target group
・Player name(s) of the member(s) to be excluded (multiple names allowed)

[Member Replacement After Reorganization]
・Each group will be responsible for filling the spots after members are removed.
・No new members will be automatically matched or added.

[Notes]
・If a false application or one made with malicious intent is confirmed, actions such as account suspension may be taken.
・To prevent fraudulent applications, players who do not meet the conditions will not be removed.
・After the group reorganization, the group’s Referral Code will be changed.
