“PicTrée City Battle in Hokkaido – Summer 2025” Off-Meeting Support Campaign

From Saturday, July 12 to Sunday, August 3, 2025, we will be holding the “Off-Meeting Support Campaign” during “PicTrée City Battle in Hokkaido – Summer 2025.”
Enjoy photographing poles with friends on PicTrée and hosting off-meetings to make this summer the best ever!

What is the “Off-Meeting Support Campaign”?
If all members of a group of 3 to 5 people achieve photographing 100 or more poles each, the campaign will support off-meeting costs with up to 3,000 yen per person (provided as a digital gift, maximum of 3,000 yen per person)!
*Limited to the first 80 groups. Ends once capacity is reached.

【Campaign Overview】
■ Period
Saturday, July 12, 2025, 9:00 – Sunday, August 3, 2025, 17:00
*This campaign is limited to the first 80 groups based on form submissions. It will end once 80 groups are reached regardless of the campaign period. The latest acceptance status will be announced via our official X (@pictree_dea).

■ Participation Conditions
・Group of 3–5 people (open to students, working adults, anyone)
・At the time of application, all group members must have photographed 100 or more poles

■ Participation Benefit
If all group members achieve 100 photos, each member will receive a digital gift worth up to 3,000 yen!

Example:
① If off-meeting cost per person is 3,000 yen or more:
Each member will receive a 3,000 yen digital gift!
(Total of 15,000 yen for a 5-person group, 12,000 yen for a 4-person group, and 9,000 yen for a 3-person group)

② If off-meeting cost per person is less than 3,000 yen:
A digital gift will be given equivalent to the total cost divided by the number of people!
*For example, if the total cost is 13,555 yen for a 5-person group (2,711 yen per person)
*The digital gift will be sent collectively to the group representative (the email address entered in the application form).

■ How to Use the Campaign
① Photograph 100 or more poles per person in “PicTrée City Battle in Hokkaido – Summer 2025”
② Host an off-meeting with 3–5 users who meet the above condition and obtain a receipt for the off-meeting payment
③ Enter required information* in the application form and attach an image of the receipt, then submit (it is not necessary for all participants to submit).

*Required Information
・Email address for receiving support funds
*The email address may also be used for further contact, so please enter an address where you can be reliably reached.
・Player IDs of all off-meeting participants
・Off-meeting date
・Total off-meeting cost (must match receipt)
・Image data of the receipt

④ After review by the management team, designated digital gift will be sent
(digital gift expected to be sent out mid to late August)

■ Notes
・Limited to the first 80 groups. Applications will close once filled.
・Acceptance status will be announced via official X (@pictree_dea).
・The same person cannot participate in multiple groups.
・Fraudulent photography (using multiple accounts, GPS spoofing, etc.) is invalid.
・Maximum support is 3,000 yen per person (tax included). For off-meetings with more than 5 people, the maximum remains 3,000 yen x 5 people.
・Receipts must be dated within the campaign period and include store name and total amount.
・Applications with incomplete or false information will not be eligible.
・Resale, transfer, or cashing out of this support is prohibited.
・Photography on private property, restricted areas, busy roads, or along railways is prohibited.
・Accidents or troubles during photography are your own responsibility.
・Do not photograph people or animals without permission.
・Personal information collected will only be used for subsidy distribution and identity verification, and will be appropriately disposed of within 90 days after the event ends.
・Campaign may be canceled or changed due to weather, disasters, or operational reasons.
・All group members must have photographed 100 or more poles at the time of application submission.
・This event applies only to the “PicTrée City Battle in Hokkaido – Summer 2025” season. Photos from other seasons are not eligible.
