● Changes to Collaboration Goods Exchange Prices
Starting from Season 2 (2/22~), the number of reward coins required for exchanging collaboration goods will be adjusted. The revised amounts are as follows:
※ For users who have already exchanged goods during Season 1, the difference between the originally spent reward coins and the revised amount will be refunded. Refund processing will begin sequentially from 2/22 (Wed) 17:00, so please wait for further updates.

● Addition of New Collaboration Goods
Starting from Season 2, the number of available postcard designs has increased to 11 types.
You can receive one randomly, so be sure to collect them all.
● Changes to Exchange Methods & Locations
Goods exchanges will be available daily from 10:00 to 17:30 at the Numazu Tourist Information Center on the 2nd floor of Antre, located at the south exit of JR Numazu Station.

Reception Period: 2/22 (Sat) – 4/27 (Sun), 2025
Reception Hours: 10:00 – 17:30 (Daily)
Note: No prior application is required for the exchange.
Once you have collected the necessary reward coins in PicTrée, please visit the tourist information center counter, inform the staff that you would like to “exchange PicTrée goods,” and follow their instructions.
