[Akita Season Special Event] AIU Students’ Utility Pole Battle Announced

On December 14th (Saturday), we will hold a special “AIU Students’ Utility Pole Battle” event for students of Akita International University (AIU), located in Akita Prefecture, as part of the Akita Season special events. Here are the details:

Event Summary: A PicTrée special event where participants photograph designated utility poles in the Kawabewada area and compete based on the rank points earned.
Top performers will receive additional luxurious prizes in addition to their photographing rewards.

Event Date and Time: December 14, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Meeting Place: Wada Station (meet at 10:00 AM)
Target Facilities: Utility poles around Kawabewada, Akita City

Special Prizes: Yakiniku set of Akitayuri beef, various sake including Aramasa, beer sets, etc.

Organizer: This event is a joint event between DEA and the creative company Outcrop, based in Akita, which specializes in video production.
