Special Building Photography Event: Issues and Solutions for Image Transmission in Offline Mode

During the “Special Building Photography Event – Mystery! Building Photo Mission in Shibuya” held on December 7-8, 2024, there have been reports of the following issues related to Offline Mode:
・When performing a photo mission, if the communication environment is unstable, it switches to “Offline Mode” and the captured images go into the Unsent List.
・Or, during normal mode (online), the image transmission takes time and times out, causing images to go into the Unsent List.
・When attempting to “Send” from the Unsent List, the message “There are no missions currently available.” is displayed, and the images cannot be transmitted.

We are currently investigating and addressing these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to users experiencing these problems.

As a measure, for the missions that failed to send (where tapping ‘Send’ resulted in the message “There are no missions currently available.”), we will consider them successfully transmitted and will later award the mission completion equivalent in reward coins.

Please note that these issues may still occur during the Special Building Photography Event on December 8, 2024.
In such cases, please attempt to “Send” from the Unsent List as usual.
Even if the transmission fails and displays “There are no missions currently available.”, like the aforementioned measures, we will consider it successfully sent and award rewards later.
