Announcement of Demonstration Experiment in Akita (Akita Season)
From December 7th (Saturday), about a month-long demonstration experiment (Akita Season) for PicTrée will be held throughout Akita Prefecture.
Duration: December 7, 2024 (Saturday) 8:00 AM to January 12, 2025 (Sunday) 4:00 PM
Photography Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
*Check-ins are also restricted to the hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
*Note: No Missions will occur during this season in Akita.
Event Areas:
Entire Akita Prefecture The Akita Season is divided into two parts: “Northern Akita” and “Central & Southern Akita,” each with its own set of rewards but identical initial photography rewards and ranking rewards tailored for each season.
〇Northern Akita Season includes: Noshiro City, Kitaakita City, Kamikoani Village, Fujisato Town, Odate City
〇Central & Southern Akita Season includes: Akita City, Daisen City, Senboku City, Yurihonjo City, Nikaho City, Yokote City, Yuzawa City
Photography Subjects and Initial Photography Rewards:
・Photography subjects: “Pole” and “Pole(with Support Pole)”
※ The number of photos required differs for “Pole” and “Pole(with Support Pole)”: 6 photos for Pole, 9 photos for Pole(with Support Pole).
Initial photography reward:
2,000 coins per Pole (approximately 200 yen)
※ This reward applies only to the first photography of Pole that are in a Neutral State (gray icon).
Ranking Rewards:
In PicTrée, rankings are determined on a seasonal basis with both “Team Rankings” and “Individual Rankings” within each team. The rewards you can earn at the end of the season are based on these rankings at the season’s close.
・Coefficient for Team Points Calculation:
Team rankings are determined by the total team points, which are calculated from the cumulative rank points of all players within each team. However, for the calculation of team points, a specific coefficient is applied to the cumulative rank points of the top-ranking players in each team, as detailed in the table below.

In PicTrée, once you accumulate a certain amount of reward coins, you can exchange them for “Amazon gift cards” or “DEP.”

Safety Precautions for Gameplay:
・During the Akita Season, the following precautions are advised due to the expected harsh winter conditions and potential heavy snowfall typical of snow-prone regions:
・Be vigilant about the weather and stop playing if you feel it’s unsafe due to severe cold or heavy snow.
The playing areas include regions where bears have been sighted. When photographing in mountainous areas, please be cautious of your surroundings. Avoid going alone and try to play in groups for safety.
