Pilot Project Starts in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture from April 13, 2024!

For approximately two months following the launch, the playable area will be limited to parts of Maebashi City in Gunma Prefecture for this pilot project.
Participants can earn rewards such as Amazon gift cards and the cryptocurrency DEAPcoin (DEP) based on their play.

From April 13, 2024 (Saturday) to June 29, 2024 (Saturday), it will be held in Maebashi City, changing areas over time.
In each season, a ‘Pole Capture: The Team Photo Challenge’ will be conducted targeting the electrical assets (utility poles, manholes, handholes) of the area designated for that season!
The schedule for each season and the areas (central locations of the areas) are as follows.

 

Season 1 (4/13–4/28): Kamikawafuchi and Shimokawafuchi area (Niibori Town, Maebashi City)
Season 2 (5/4–5/17): City councel area (Chiyoda Town 2-chome, Maebashi City) ※A special event “University Challenge” is planned.
Season 3 (5/18–5/31): Ogo area (Ogo Town, Maebashi City)
Season 4 (6/1–6/14): Akagiyama area (Fujimi Town Akagiyama, Maebashi City)
Season 5 (6/15–6/29): Fujimi area (Fujimi Town Ishii, Maebashi City)

 

Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
For safety reasons, photography within the game is limited to the above hours. However, other in-game functions are available outside of these hours.

 

▼A special event, “University Challenge,” will be held during Season 2!
A special event, “University Challenge! -Grid Grab: Capture the Current-” is scheduled for May 4 (Saturday) and May 5 (Sunday).
In this event, universities based in Maebashi City (such as Gunma University, Maebashi Institute of Technology, Kyoai Gakuen University, Kyoai Gakuen Junior College, Gunma University of Health and Welfare, etc.) will divide into teams and compete in a team battle to uphold their school’s pride!

 

The event will be recorded for television and is planned to be broadcast on TV and streamed on YouTube later.
